Payment Terms – SURE Supply Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any order. No deductions may be made in remittance on invoices due without prior authorization from SURE Supply Inc credit department. A 1.5% per month late charge will be applied on past due balances.

Open credit accounts are NOT available without proper authorization from SURE Supply Inc. Individuals are not eligible for open accounts.

Only Business and Government Agencies may apply for the credit terms by performing the following steps:

3. Initial order must be a minimum of $100.00 in product purchases

Policy statements:

• SURE Supply Inc. will reserve the right to verify or refuse any order placed through the purchase order option. SURE Supply Inc. also retains the right to revoke open account privileges from any customer.
• Warranty - All goods sold by SURE Supply Inc. that are defective by reason of material workmanship within 30 days after shipment will be replaced. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained first from SURE Supply Inc.
• Shipping, Damage and Returns - Upon receipt of your order, stock items will be shipped within 24 business hours Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All back orders will be shipped complete upon receipt of products. SURE Supply Inc. will utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship most of our Internet orders. WE DELIVER IN ATLANTA AREA!
• The buyer is urged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier. Claims for shortages or wrong parts on orders will not be considered unless presented to SURE Supply Inc. within 3 business days of receipt by buyer.
• All goods can be returned to SURE Supply Inc. within 15 days of purchase. All returned goods must be in original package and unused condition to be entitled to a refund. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser and credit will be issued only for the goods returned, minus the shipping costs. Please obtain an RGA number before returning products.
• SURE Supply Inc. reserves the right to adjust product pricing or the cost of freight in case of website error.
• Volume Discounts / Bulk Pricing - Please contact us for a quote on Volume Discounts / Industrial Pricing. We need to know the volume you purchase on a monthly basis, a detailed description of the products and the shipping destination.
